Apply for Timme Grants

Once approved, the Chair, Head, or School Director, in turn, must forward the application to the Dean of the College or delegate. Again, approval by e-mail is required.  

If approved, the Dean or delegate must forward the application electronically with her or his approval to [email protected].

Copies of the applications with the requisite approvals that are received on or before the closing date and time will be given to members of the Timme Grants Review Committee for review.

The Review Committee will use this rubric to evaluate your application in Spring 2025.

Once the Review Committee completes its review, Todd Stanislav will inform faculty of the outcome of the review.

Submit, as you do for all travel, a travel request through Concur to be approved by your Department Head or Chair. When preparing the travel request, please be sure to check the "FCTL Funded" box.
