Biography

I maintain a practice site at Cherry Health, Heart of the City Center in the Adult Medicine Clinic and Maple Health Home Clinic at the Heart of the City Center in Grand Rapids. I also work with persons who have opioid use disorder in our Suite 200 Clinic. I am a preceptor for the Meijer, Ferris State University and Pfizer PGY1 residency program and am a member of their Residency Advisory Committee. I am an active member of Michigan Pharmacy Association, Kent County Pharmacy Association, Kent County Opioid Task Force, ​Kent County Opioid Fatality Review committee and the USP DEIB ​expert panel.

Prior to obtaining my PharmD, I practiced as a social worker in the areas of mental health, substance use, foster care and legal guardianship.
