Nicole supports the research of Ferris students, faculty, staff and alumni. InterLibrary Loan expands the range of resources available to the Ferris community by supplementing those owned by FLITE library. Nicole obtains articles, books, book chapters, DVDs, music scores and more from libraries around the world. She also processes requests for academic and public libraries, area hospitals, law offices, and government agencies.

On a personal note, Nicole enjoys drawing, painting, traveling and cooking.
