Grading

The intern will be assigned a Pass / Fail grade for the internship. All course work must be satisfactorily completed, as judged by both the internship supervisor and the internship coordinator.

The intern will be evaluated on the following

• Weekly reports must be approved by the supervisor prior to being submitted to the internship coordinator via Ferris State Blackboard.
• Training site Internship Supervisor Evaluation performed after 90% completion of internship duration.
• Evaluation of special project by the internship supervisor.
• Evaluation of special project by the internship coordinator.
