Sergeant Nelson is a Shift Supervisor responsible for patrolling the campus during the evening shift. His duties include patrolling campus, responding to emergency calls, crime prevention, assigning shift personnel to their duties and maintaining records. He has the responsibility for the immediate supervision, instruction, and coordination of the activities of the officers and student employees assigned to his shift.
Prior to being employed by Public Safety, Sergeant Nelson was a Road Patrol Sergeant for Collier County Sheriff's Office in the State of Florida.
