Unexpected Choices: Achieving Business Goals Through Graphic Design was the project
that was selected for its approach to branding, wayfinding and environmental graphics.
Led by Design program associate professor Alison Popp, the student-driven initiative

project emphasizes the power of design thinking in shaping consumer experiences.
“We’re honored to be recognized by SEGD (Society for Experiential Graphic Design)

the impact of thoughtful, strategic design in achieving business goals, and we’re
proud of the talent and dedication our students bring to these real-world challenges.”
