About this Program

SDP has been designed to integrate safety, health, and environmental training within companies that have either traditional supervisors or newer team-based leadership positions. This program looks at safety, health, and environmental issues from the viewpoint of people who have responsibilities for making improvements in these areas—whether they are called supervisors, leaders, team leaders, or some other designation.
