What is FerrisNow?
FerrisNow offers high school students the opportunity to earn college credits through
various pathways:
Dual Enrollment:
Enroll in college courses that count for both high school and college credit. Courses
are available at Ferris campuses, online, or at participating high schools.
Concurrent Enrollment:
Take Ferris courses taught by approved high school instructors during the regular
school day.
Early Middle College (EMC):
Participate in a five-year high school program that allows you to earn a high school
diploma and substantial college credit, potentially leading to an associate degree.
Articulated Credit:
Earn college credit for specific high school or career and technical education (CTE)
courses through established agreements.

Secondary Statewide Articulation Agreements
Statewide articulation agreements are formal contracts between the Michigan Department
of Education, the Michigan Office of Career and Technical Education and Ferris State
University. These agreements were developed based on the secondary state-approved
programs curriculum that meet all of the required technical skills and standards.
