Dining Service aims to provide safe and nutritious meals to anyone who is to dine with us. We recommend students and guests with food allergies inform the Host or Hostess at either The Rock or The Quad and ask to speak with a Manager about your dietary needs. The Manager will assist you with menu suggestions and answer questions specific to your allergy. Students with a meal plan should also make an appointment to meet with the Dietitian and learn how we can provide you with more allergen-friendly selections at each facility. You may be required to provide medical documentation about your dietary needs.
Now students and visitors can view the menus, recipe ingredients and potential allergens with the touch of a finger using the provided iPad's mounted at the entrance of each facility. The Allergen Filter, which is located in the upper right corner of the menu's page, allows you identify foods which contain or do not contain your allergens.
Both restaurants have gluten free wraps, bread, buns, pizza and cereal, which are available upon request for students and visitors. See the menus on-line for more choices using the Allergen Filter or ask the Manager about the gluten safe options for the day. Almost all of our stations can accommodate for gluten intolerance if specifically requested to the cook or Manager. We will provide you with our menu selections, which we prepare to suit your needs. We will arrange and serve the food items using separate utensils used specifically for gluten intolerance. We ensure that your meal will be safely prepared based on your needs.
