England & Germany:  Criminal Justice

Explore the criminal justice systems in England and Germany.  Compare and contrast those systems to the American criminal justice system.  This course will involve lecture from experts and practitioners in policing, courts and corrections from the two countries.  There will be tours of those institutions' facilities as well as opportunities of observation of operations. 

Academic Program

3 credits - Graduate Topics: Comparative Criminal Justice Systems - CRIM 670

3 credits - Comparative Criminal Justice Systems - CRIM 397

Students must be in good academic and judicial standing (2.0) GPA, along with successful application and faculty approval.  


Estimated program fee of $4700. Program Fee Includes:airfare, in-country transportation, lodging, admission fees, insurance, meals & $100 application fee. Program Fee Does Not Include: Ferris tuition, required textbooks, passport, & personal expenses.  

Estimated Total Cost: $5,795
