Ferris State University students will have an opportunity to sample what area businesses have to offer during Bulldog Bonanza on Wednesday, Sept. 14 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the university’s Jim Wink Arena.
Bulldog Bonanza is an opportunity for Ferris students to get involved on campus and learn more information about local businesses and services. The event also showcases campus student organizations, departments and services. One of the primary Bulldog Bonanza goals is to equip Ferris students with knowledge that can assist them during their college careers.
“Bulldog Bonanza will allow students to meet and greet with Registered Students Organizations and learn about local businesses,” said Allissa Witucki, interim director of Student Leadership and Activities. “This year, we are partnering with the Mecosta County Area Chamber of Commerce to bring in about 50 local businesses. There will be a gift card drawing, free giveaways and food samples.”
FSUS students are encouraged to get bingo cards at the Mecosta County Area Chamber of Commerce table on the day of the event.
Bulldog Bonanza is sponsored by the Student Leadership and Activities Office and Mecosta County Area Chamber of Commerce.
