American Society of Professional Estimators Chapter 70 Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amounts varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Undergraduate junior or senior enrolled in Construction Management
- Financial need is considered*
- Additional Requirements: Student involvement in a registered student organization
American Subcontractors Association of Michigan Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amounts varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time sophomore, junior or senior student enrolled in Construction Management
or HVACR
- Minimum GPA of 2.00
- Financial need is NOT considered
- Preference given to students who have demonstrated involvement with the American Subcontractors
Association of Michigan (via: event attendance or internships)
- Preference given to those students who reside in the association's membership geographical
area.
- Additional Requirements: Must have demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm, leadership,
volunteerism and involvement in their respective program and express a desire for
a career in the subcontracting industry.
Barton Mallow Foundation Scholarship
Scholarship amounts varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Undergraduate student majoring in Building Construction Technology (AAS), Civil Engineering
Technology (AAS) or Construction Management (BS)
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Demonstrate active campus participation defined as regular and confirmed attendance
in construction related Registered Student Organizations (RSO) or participation in
Intercollegiate Athletics.
- Significant and verified post-secondary education activities related to the building
trades will be considered.
Builders Exchange of Grand Rapids & Western Michigan Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Undergraduate student majoring in Construction Management or Heating, Ventilation,
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Financial need is NOT considered
Construction Association of Michigan - Don Purdie Memorial Annual Scholarship
Scholarship amount varies annually
Awarded at the spring semester
- Full-time student enrolled in Construction Management
- Minimum GPA of 3.25
- Financial need is considered*
Construction Management Industry Endowment Scholarship
Three (3) $1,000 scholarship
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time junior or senior enrolled in Construction Management
- GPA is not considered
- Financial need is NOT considered
- Must have completed 24 semester credit hours at FSU and completed CONM 222
- Preference is given to students who are active members of the Associated Construction
Students and/or Sigma Lambda Chi
Duane Bremer Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time junior or senior in Construction Management earning at least 60 credits
total, with a minimum of 15 at FSU
- GPA is not considered
- Financial need is NOT considered
- Preference is given to students demonstrating participation in extracurricular activities
such as community service and student organizations
Gerace Construction Endowed Scholarship

Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time junior or senior majoring in Construction Management
- Minimum GPA of 2.00
- Financial need is considered*
- Additional Requirements: Must have demonstrated hands-on work experience
within the construction field
David L. Hamilton Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time junior or senior majoring in the Construction Management with a Building
Construction concentration
- Minimum GPA of 2.00
- Financial need is considered*
- Preference given to students who demonstrate a desire for a career in institutional
and/or commercial construction.
- Preference given to students who reside in the State of Michigan in the following
counties: Arenac, Bay, Gennesee, Huron, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Midland, Monroe,
Oakland, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw, and Wayne.
Harry Larson Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Undergraduate student enrolled in Construction Management or Facility Management
- Will be junior or senior when they receive the award
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Financial need is considered*
- Must be a member of a professional organization or registered student organization
related to their field of study
Pinnacle Construction Group Endowed Scholarship
- Full-time student enrolled in the Construction Technology & Management Program with
a focus on Building Construction Technology.
- Student must have completed one semester of CONM courses
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Financial need is considered*
- Preference given to students with an international background
Rockford Construction Endowed Scholarship
- Full-time student enrolled in Construction Management
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 for current students or H.S. GPA of 2.50 for incoming freshmen
John Sebold Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Scholarship amount varies annually
Divided equally between fall and spring semester
- Full-time freshman student enrolled in a Construction Technology & Management program
- Minimum GPA of 2.50
- Financial need is considered*
Taggart & Lisa Town Sustainable Construction Endowed Scholarship
- Full-time student attending the College of Engineering Technology
- Preference shall be given to students entering Construction Management who have an
interest in sustainable construction.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Financial need is considered*
William "Bill" Scott Roh Superintendent Endowed Scholarship
- Full-time student enrolled in the Construction Management Program
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Preference shall be given to students who seek a career in field supervision
Wolgast Family Scholarship Endowment
- Full-time junior enrolled in the Construction Management Program with a Building Technology
Concentration.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Financial need is considered*
