Dec 3 – Jan. 16: 2015-2016 contracting opens for returning students.
Dec 3 – Dec. 12: Returning students are able to select their same room/suite via the contracting process, and will be manually assigned to their current room/suite for next year.
Dec 15 – Jan 16: Returning students can continue to sign their 2015-2015 contracting via MyHousing Self-Service.
Monday, Jan 19: Room selection for returning students that signed a contract between the dates of Dec 3 – Jan 16.
Monday, Jan 26: 2015-2016 contracting opens for all incoming (new) students.
Wednesday, Feb 4: The first change room selection begins and continues every Wednesday.
Monday, Feb 16: New student room selection begins.
Step 1: Log in to MyHousing (via your MyFSU account on the “University Life” tab) and complete the Housing application process. You will electronically sign the contract and secure the contract guarantee if the guarantee is not already on file ($200 residence halls, $400 for East Campus Suites and apartments).

Step 2: Request your roommate (if applicable). Roommates must request each other, both roommates must have an active application in MyHousing, and both must meet the eligibility requirements for the preferred hall, room, or suite. Current roommates wishing to each return to the same room but with a different roommate must work out the conflict prior to room sign up. Return to your MyHousing account to see your lottery day and time.

Step 4: Choose your meal plan if you have not done so thus far. This completes the process. If you are required to have a meal plan, but fail to select one in this process, an Anytime Gold meal plan will be assigned.
