The Faculty In The Marketing Department Have Recently Edited A Journal Special Section

The Journal of Case Studies in Strategic Communication (CSSC) special section “Contemporary Marketing Strategies as Communication Tools for Modern Retailers” edited by Dr. Henry Ho and Dr. Tim Brotherton is now available on the journal’s website. The CSSC is published by USC Annenberg Press at the University of Southern California.  Drs. Ho and Brotherton are experienced case-writers and editors and recruited submissions from all over the world.

The aim of this special section was to provide a focus on the effective use of contemporary marketing strategies as communication tools for today’s retail marketers (both bricks and clicks) in reaching customers successfully in the competitive environment.  This special section embraced new shifts and trends within the retail industry in this turbulent market and took readers on an exploration of marketing for retailers with unprecedented vitality and energy.  

All the manuscripts submitted for possible inclusion in this special section were sent to at least two research scholars for double blind peer review and only suitable case studies that was recommended by the reviewers were published in this special section.  Several faculty members from the FSU COB also participated as reviewers.
