Study Abroad Scholarships Available for Upcoming Semesters

The College of Business will be awarding students $1,000 scholarships to support study abroad trips and international internships during the upcoming summer and fall semesters.

A fund with a total of $25,000 will be available for the College of Business to allocate to students for study abroad trips or international internships. The scholarship is intended to cover or alleviate the cost of a plane ticket to one of Ferris’ partner universities' countries. To apply for the scholarship the student must be part of the College of Business in good academic standing. Preference will be given to students that meet the following qualifications:

  • The student will study abroad for 28 or more days.

  • The student applied for the Gilman Scholarship but did not receive it.

  • The student is Pell-Grant eligible.

  • The student will be studying at a partner university, such as Rhein Waal Hochschule, ESC Troyes, Saxion, Dankook, or Utrecht.

  • The student is actively participating in a registered student organization.

Students that are interested in this scholarship are encouraged to attend the Program Spotlight on Monday, February 10th in the IRC Connector from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
