Student Excellence Award Recognizes Outstanding Seniors
College of Business faculty members recently had the opportunity to nominate outstanding students to be honored with the Student Excellence Award.
The recipients have been announced and the awards will be presented at a special banquet and ceremony. Each student will receive an engraved plaque. The names of these students will also be displayed on the College of Business website.
Candidates were evaluated by intellectual growth and superior academic performance, which required at least a 3.25 grade point average. Additionally, the students must have displayed leadership in extra-curricular activities. Overall, this award honors students that have made a large contribution to the College of Business and the campus community.
Awards are given to 20 different seniors enrolled in the College of Business including, four from the Marketing department, four from the Accounting, Finance, and Computer Information Systems department, four from Sports Entertainment and Hospitality Management, and two from the Graduate programs.
