Professional activities and areas of interest

Professor Nash enjoys teaching business law courses. She likes to emphasize the practical, on-the-job use of the material she is teaching, and its application to real life situations. She also encourages students to learn how to better communicate both orally and in writing. Professor Nash's particular area of interest is employment law. Professor Nash has 15 years of business experience as an in-house corporate attorney for several large corporations, including Ford Motor Company and General Electric. Prior to Ferris, she taught at Wayne State University Law School. Professor Nash has been with Ferris State University since 1993.
