Professional activities and areas of interest
Professor Kouider has taught several courses in Statistics and Mathematics including: Statistics in Business I and II, Quantitative Methods in Business, Regression and Correlation Analysis, Statistical Distributions, Statistical Inference, Principals of Probability, Non-Parametric Statistics, Statistical Quality Control, Statistical Packages and Data Analysis, Categorical Data, Sampling Techniques, Calculus, intermediate Algebra and Trigonometry. He has taught at Michigan State University, Western Michigan State University, Bowling Green State University, Findlay University, Washtenaw Community College, United Arab Emirates University, and now at Ferris State University. His interests are: Ranked Set Sampling, Nonparametrics, Quality Control, and Regression Analysis. Elies is a member of The International Environmetrics Society (TIES), the American Statistical Association (ASA), and the International Biometrical Society.
