Faculty Nominate Seniors for Student Excellence Award

March 25, 2014

College of Business faculty members recently nominated students to be honored with the Student Excellence Award. The awards, in the form of an engraved plaque, will be presented at a special banquet and ceremony; students’ names will also be displayed on the College of Business website.

Candidates were evaluated by intellectual growth, superior academic performance (at least a 3.25 grade point average), and leadership in extra-curricular activities. This award honors students who have made a large contribution to the College of Business and the campus community.

Awards are given to 20 seniors enrolled in the College of Business: four from Marketing, four from Accounting, Finance, and Computer Information Systems, four from Sports Entertainment and Hospitality Management, and two from the graduate programs.

Programs:

Accountancy, Marketing, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Hospitality Management
