Ferris State University academic transcripts are complete records of enrollment and include undergraduate, graduate, and professional coursework.
Ferris State University has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide the service of secure online ordering. Safe, fast, and easy-it is the most efficient way to order your official transcript.
Transcripts can be ordered online, 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse. The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. With a valid credit card, you can order multiple transcripts to be sent to various recipients. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. All charges are non-refundable. Order updates are available via text message and email.
All students who have attended since 1990 will have a MyFSU account where they can login and order transcripts. If you require assistance with sign-on, or re-activating your MyFSU account, please contact the Technology Assistance Center (TAC) at 877-779-4822. Once logged in, select the Student tab and click the My Records icon. You will want to select the Transcripts and Enrollment Verification link from the left hand side, under Grades & Transcripts. This will take you directly to the NSC, where you can enter your online request for transcripts from Ferris State University.
Former students can also request transcripts online by going directly to the National Student Clearinghouse. If you need help or have questions about the NSC transcript ordering service, contact them via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 703-742-7791.
This service is only available to students who have attended Ferris in 1990 or later. A secure link is delivered to the recipient’s email address within an hour. It is the responsibility of the transcript requestor to verify that the recipient will accept delivery of an Electronic PDF transcript. Electronic transcripts are available (maximum of 3 downloads per transcript) for 30 days from the date of issue.
The secure NSC Electronic Transcript Exchange (ETX) is only available if the recipient participates in this service. If the recipient participates, this will be the only option available for the delivery method. If the recipient does not participate, this option is not available.
Transcripts delivered by mail are sent first class U.S. mail and regular processing time is within two business days of receiving your request. To expedite delivery you may choose Fed Ex Overnight service (additional $30 – cannot deliver to PO Boxes), or Postal Express for one to two day delivery service (additional $20).
