Registrar's Office Mission Statement

The Registrar’s Office maintains the academic records of Ferris State University students while enforcing the security of those records as delineated by the 1974 Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

The office strives to provide excellent service to students, alumni, faculty, staff, and our community partners through academic facilities management, athletic eligibility certification, course scheduling, data analysis, information management, institutional planning, record keeping, and registration processes.

The Registrar’s Office adds value to the information which it manages by participating fully in university activities to recruit, retain, graduate, and assist in the placement of our students.
