Adventure Racing Club
Adventure racing is a multi-discipline endurance
sport that typically incorporates mountain biking, paddling, and
orienteering.
Many races also include other types of out-of-doors
activities such as climbing/rappelling and other ropes disciplines as
well as other outdoors events depending on the
season and location. Teams consist of 1-4 persons, depending on the
event.
Usually teams of greater than 2 must be co-ed.
Athletics Dance Team
The
FSU Athletics Dance Team is an exciting and growing RSO on campus. Our
goal is to provide quality entertainment at Athletic
Events and other events around campus. We pride
ourselves in self confidence, healthy lifestyle, and sisterhood.
Baseball Club
The Ferris State Club Baseball team is a group
created for those who wish to play baseball at a competitive level
against
other colleges from around the nation. Although it
is not a varsity sport, the level of dedication is very high and
expectations
will always be to win.
Bowling Club
We are the Bowling Club at Ferris State. We bowl collegiately
against most of the top colleges in our area, including Michigan and
Ohio State. This group is to bring together people who
are interested in bowling in competition or just
for those who would like to better their game. Please check out some of
our
events and meeting times if you are interested
in joining.
Club Hockey
Ferris State Club Hockey is in no way affiliated
with the FSU Varsity Division I hockey team. The club hockey team plays
out
of the GMHL Conference in the ACHA Division II
League. Teams in the ACHA are compiled of players age 18 - 25, with
hockey
experience at the high school, midget AA and AAA,
junior, and collegiate levels.
Club Tennis
Club Tennis offers students at Ferris State
University the chance to participate in tennis leagues against not only
Ferris
State students but also students from other schools
around the nation. Club Tennis is a great option for anyone who is
looking
to be involved with tennis on the campus of Ferris
State.
Club Volleyball
Competitive club volleyball for male and female
students at Ferris State University. Attend several tournaments every
semester
and the NCVF Volleyball National Championships
every April.
Crimson Spotlight
A professional group of young women who are
inspired by the Performing Arts level of expertise. Our theme of dance
originates
from a mix of genres; jazz, ballet, hip hop, and
modern dance. We encourage all who interested to contact us if there are

Disc Sports Club
This club includes both Ultimate Frisbee and Disc Golf. If you play one or both you
are welcome to join.
Equestrian Club
The Equestrian Club houses both the Stock and
Hunt Seat Equestrian Teams here at Ferris. We have weekly meetings as
well as
weekly practices as the weather permits. We
attend meets against other schools where each rider draws the name of
the horse
they will ride for a fair competition. However,
one does not need to compete to be part of the club, one can simply join
to
meet other equestrians.
Lacrosse, Men
We are a club sport here at Ferris State. We
welcome players of all different levels of skills, to players who have
never
even played before. We practice several times a
week, and have many games throughout our fall and spring seasons.
Men's Club Soccer
This RSO is for Men's Club soccer. We host tryouts
during the first week of the fall semester and begin games shortly
after.
We play in and out of state against top schools
such as michigan, michigan state and others. We hold practices two to
three
times a week and play games mostly on weekends.
Mixed Martial Arts
There is NO EXPERIENCE NEED.... We train and
instruct in a wide variety of martial arts such as BJJ, Kickboxing, Tae
Kwon
Do, Kenpo, Tang Soo Do, Judo, Wrestling, Muay
Thai, etc. Our classes consist of intensive workouts, technique
instructions,
grappling,sparring and fight team training

Running Club (FSRC)
Striders is a club sport for runners of ALL
experience levels whether you are experienced or a newbie. Meetings are
at 6pm
in FLITE 214 the third Monday of every month. Group
runs are Monday through Friday at 3pm at the UREC.
Shred
Shred is the newest addition to Ferris State's Club
Sport program. Shred is intended to allow students with any interest in
Skiing or Snowboarding, to meet up, share stories,
attend group trips and most importantly, have fun! Whether you've been
riding for years, or are interested in learning for
the first time, Shred is the place for you!
Table Tennis
Table Tennis
