Join us for a great water workout in the pool to improve cardio, strength, flexibility and more!! All levels welcome and you do not have to be a swimmer.
Day/time: Wednesday from 3:00 - 4:00 PM
Cost: Students and Members pay $15.00 for full six-week session. Non-members pay the day pass rate of $8.00 each class. Check in at the SRC front office for Aqua Fit passes.
Enhance your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength with this energetic class. Participants select personal intensity levels and all fitness levels are welcome. Bring water and a towel.
Days/time: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:15 PM
Cost: Students and Members pay $15.00 for once per week and $30.00 for twice per week. Non-members pay the day pass rate of $8.00 each class. Register and reserve your bike at the SRC front office for Indoor Cycling.
