This hall offers private rooms exclusively for students 20 years and older. There are two students of the same gender sharing a bathroom but each student will have their own private room. There is an additional $986.00 private room charge per semester. Please note that some private rooms contain two sets of furniture. Student room furniture must remain in the residence hall room. Under no circumstances will the University remove or store student room furniture.
