Sample 1400 Calorie Meal Plan

Planning ahead what you will eat often results in better food choices at your favorite Dining Center go to our website at: www.ferris.edu/HTMLS/studentlife/dining. Busy people need to schedule three to five meals a day and include at least:

  • 2 servings skim milk, cheese or yogurt
  • 6 oz. meat, fish, poultry or beans
  • 3 servings of fruit
  • 2 servings of vegetables
  • 6 servings of breads, grains, or pasta
