Approximately one month prior to each semester, the first electronic billing notification is generated and sent to the student university email address and to any authorized user email addresses on file. This will refer the student and authorized user(s) to the E-bill website to view the consolidated billing statement. If the student registers for classes or makes schedule changes after the initial statement is posted, the changes can be viewed through the E-bill system in the recent account activity link. Monthly billing notifications are sent for those owing a balance during the semester.
For a student to grant permission for parent(s) or someone else to have access to the monthly billing notifications, to view the statement online, or to make payments, their authorized user account must be created by the student. To access this system, the student would log into MyFSU, click on E-bill, and then Authorized Users. The student would then enter the authorized user's email address. An email will be sent to the auhtorized user explaining how to set up their password.
