College of Arts and Sciences

Social Sciences Courses (ANTH, GEOG, PLSC, PYSC, SSCI and SOCY)
Students admitted to an off-campus or fully online programs, and who meet the course specific prerequisite(s), may register themselves for any online social sciences course from March 18 through April 7. Students admitted to the main campus must submit their name via the waitlist process.  Beginning on April 8, open seats will be filled from the waitlist. Click here to enter the online waitlist.

Humanities Courses (COMM, HIST, HUMN, PHIL, RELG)
Students admitted to an off-campus or fully online programs, and who meet the course specific prerequisite(s), may register themselves for any online humanities course from March 18 through April 7. Beginning April 8 all students, regardless location, may register themselves on a first-come-first-served basis. The department will manage course caps in a way to reserve seats for seniors or others with extenuating circumstances. No waitlists will be used. 

Mathematics Courses (MATH)
Enrollment into online MATH courses that also have on-campus sections available are limited to off-campus or fully online students that meet the course specific prerequisite(s).  No waitlists will be used but exceptions can be requested directly from the Mathematics Department. 

Languages and Literature Courses (ENGL, FREN, LITR, SPAN)
Students admitted to an off-campus or fully online program, and who meet the course specific prerequisite(s), may register themselves for any online languages and literature course from March 18 through April 7. Students admitted to the main campus must submit their name via the waitlist process. Beginning on April 8 open seats will be filled from the waitlist. Click here to enter the online waitlist.

College of Business
Any student who meets the course specific prerequisite(s) can register themself for SOME fully online business courses.  Select courses may have campus restrictions and/or a waitlist.  That a waitlist is being kept will be apparent after reviewing the course comments and/or the course attribute: "To register http://bit.ly/spwl" appears in the course detail. Students who try to register for a course but receive a 'campus restriction' error or a 'department permit required' must submit their name via the waitlist process.  Beginning on April 8, open seats will be filled from the waitlist. College of Education and Human Services
Waitlists have never existed for online courses, and there are no plans to do so in the future. Contact the course department for assistance.

College of Engineering Technology
Waitlists have rarely existed for online courses , and there are no plans to do so. Contact the course department for assistance.

College of Health Professions

No wait lists are used for online courses offered by the College of Health Professions.  Some courses have additional restrictions to allow any student admitted to an off-campus or fully online program to register themselves from March 18 through April 7.  Beginning April 8 all students, regardless location, may register themselves on a first-come-first-served basis. 

College of Optometry

No wait lists are used for online courses offered by the College of Optometry.
