This Week at Ferris (Nov. 28-Dec. 4)

Ferris State UniversityFaculty, staff and students are back on campus after the Thanksgiving break. This week, a lot of activities are scheduled on the University Events Calendar.

Athletics will be a major part of this week’s activities with the Bulldog Volleyball team hosting the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Volleyball Tournament in Jim Wink Arena (Dec. 1-3).  Click Bulldog Volleyball for more information, including match times. The Bulldog men’s and women’s basketball teams will play their Thursday (Dec. 1) games, against Ohio Dominican, at Big Rapids High School, to accommodate the volleyball tournament.

Also, the Bulldog football team will be on the road in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division II Football Tournament. Ferris faces Grand Valley State, with kickoff scheduled for 1 p.m., from Allendale, on Saturday, Dec. 3. Click Bulldog Football for more information.

“Are there some things that you would like to get off your chest? Students will have the chance to express themselves in an anonymous setting about stereotypes and how they feel in their everyday lives. Come out and let your voice be heard. The event will be held in Room 115 of IRC.
