Pancakes with the President Highlights the Start of Exam Week

Pancakes with the PresidentFerris State University students are once again invited to take a break from studying for final exams and head to The Rock Café for “Pancakes with the President” on Monday, May 5.

Ferris President David Eisler will be joined by faculty and staff to serve pancakes to students from 10 p.m. until midnight. All Ferris students are invited to attend the event, but they must present a valid student ID to enter the facility.

“This event is a great way for students to relax and have a good time during finals week,” said Wayne Bersano, head of the events committee in Student Government. “We can’t study 24/7. We need a break to give our brains a chance to breathe.”

Bersano, a freshman from Pinconning majoring in Hospitality Management, stated that the event will include games and prizes donated from the offices of Admissions and University Advancement and Marketing. Brutus the Bulldog will be at The Rock Café to for photos with students.

“Pancakes with the President” is co-sponsored by Student Government and Dining Services.
