Jennifer is a senior at Ferris State University. She is studying Secondary Education
with a major in Biology and a minor in Mathematics. Jennifer has worked for the Technology
Assistance Center since May of 2011. While working with the Technical Education and
Outreach Team, she has developed two training courses that focus on improving the
customer service skills of student technicians: Knock Your Socks of Service and Customer
Interactions. Under the supervision of Jody Gardei, Jennifer has developed a Train
the Trainer program to ensure that all trainers at TAC are adequately prepared for
their designated training courses.
