Lotus Notes Training

Lotus Notes is our campus wide e-mail system for faculty, staff, and administration. You can access your Lotus Notes e-mail by one of three ways:

1. You can use a client version if it is installed on your computer,
2. You can use MyFSU by clicking the Email icon at the top right corner of the page and entering your fsunotes1 password, or
3. You can use your Internet browser, go to the Lotus Notes Login and enter your fsunotes1 user name and password.

The following documents and videos have been created to provide faculty and staff guidance in using the many features available through the client version of Lotus Notes. These videos may be viewed at your own pace. By the end of the videos, you should be proficient in many of the Lotus Notes functions.

These videos are best viewed on computer with a high speed Internet connection.
