The Technical Education & Outreach (TEO) team was put together by the TAC in the summer of 2012. TEO was created to address the technical training needs of Ferris faculty and staff that are not being addressed by other departments and to reach out to customers to address technology needs. TEO has been tasked with forming partnerships with other departments to ensure Ferris employees are receiving the complete picture during training on technology available at Ferris. This means we welcome inquiries about how TEO can help other departments, both on and off campus, with their Ferris-related technology training needs.
TEO provides Ferris employees with several different types of training options.
As TEO grows, the available one-on-one training or assistance, group training, on-line training, webinars, and user forum options will grow. Any employee of the University can sign up for these types of training using our web-based appointment scheduling system by clicking here.
