Student Technology Services (STS) maintains, trouble-shoots, and repairs student-owned computers. We currently offer a range of services to help keep your computer in good working order. We work on computers in a first-come, first-served fashion.
Fees for the above services will be charged to your student account. You will find that our prices are very competitive, compared with other repair shops. For more detailed pricing information, please contact STS at 231-591-2556 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except during iConnect days. We are located in the Rankin Center, Room 108. Please remember to bring your power supply/cord if you have a laptop.
Remember, too, that we are an authorized Dell computer repair facility, and if your Dell computer is still under warranty, we will complete hardware repairs at no cost. (Note that we may still have to charge for services, like rebuilding your hard drive, if that was the part that was replaced.)
