Ferris' Information Technology Services (ITS) department continuously strives to deliver high quality, reliable and up-to-date technology software and systems to our entire Ferris community. Last spring, the campus selected Microsoft Office 365 as the replacement for Lotus Notes. This summer and fall, we have been developing plans for migration, training, and scheduling options for this next-generation collaboration suite.

This is one of the biggest technology changes for the University in quite a while. Key components of a successful implementation are your learning, comfort and adoption of Office 365 in your daily work lives. We are gathering various resources for training, including classroom instruction, videos and webinars, documentation and quick help guides, and more. Please watch for more information about the training options and be ready to take some time out to learn about the new products.
