Affiliates and Emeriti Migration Completed

To all employees:

The email/calendar accounts of people that have emeriti status or are affiliates (volunteers) have been successfully migrated from Lotus Notes to Office 365 /Outlook last night.

You can now find addresses for all employees in the Outlook global address book when you want to schedule a meeting or send an email.  Offline global address books automatically update every 24 hours. To get your offline global address to show the new addresses immediately, please see the information here:

For those that use MyFSU to view email, note that the email icon within MyFSU will now link to your Outlook account.

For those that manage department/generic accounts, please be aware that the new date for migration of those accounts is April 2nd.
