We will have multiple instructor-led training options for you to attend in person, or via your computer, to learn more about Office 365. These sessions range from one hour brief overviews accessible via your computer, to a computer classroom setting with an instructor leading you through the features and how to use them.
View the overall training schedule here [pdf].
We have a contract with a professional training group, New Horizons, to hold classes in Big Rapids and Grand Rapids that you can go to learn about Office 365. Can't make the on-site sessions but still want the full training? We also will have a limited number of on-line courses covering the same materials listed in the basics course, however, you attend from your office or home!
There are limited number of Advanced course seats at this time - it is more designed for people that manage multiple calendars, etc.
Want to sign up for one of these?

Remember, the courses that have (OLL) after them are the online sessions.
2. Go the the vendor's site to sign up by clicking here.
In response to several requests to do so, we will be making recordings of some of the training sessions and making them available for you to view online a few days after the session. We will be recording the Basics course on the 13th of February. The second of these sessions will be the Advanced training session on the 24th of February. We will post them a few days after the sessions.
We now have a campus license for all faculty and staff to access videos training that can show you how to use specific features of Office 365, or run through courses that cover a product in depth. It's a great tool, check it out.
To access Lynda.com training, you need to go through MyFSU to login into it. It will ask for your MyFSUid and password the first time you login, but after that it should link up automatically.
