Deleting The Default Outlook Profile

After migrating to Office 365, you may have to delete a default Outlook account to login to your Outlook account. To do this, follow these directions. 

1) Open the Control Panel and click on "User Accounts."

2) Click on "Mail (32-bit)."

3) Select "Show Profiles."

4) Remove the "Ferris Mail" profile.
