Contact TAC TAC is open 24x7, except some holidays - see schedule here. They can be reached via phone, chat, e-mail, or remote assistance. Maintenance on major IT Systems is scheduled the first Thursday of every month from 10:00PM - 7:00AM. |

iConnect Get your computer set up to work on the network at the start of school in the fall.

Student Technology Service maintains, trouble-shoots, and repairs student-owned computers. We currently offer a range of services to help keep your computer in good working order.
The fees for the above services will be charged to your student account, so you don't need to bring any form of payment with you, just your Student ID. For pricing information, please contact STS at (231)-591-2556. STS is an authorized Dell warranty service center. Any hardware issues with Dell equipment under warranty can be handled by STS at no charge. Software and operating systems are not covered under Dell warranty. |
