Contact TAC: TAC is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone. They can be reached chat, e-mail, or remote assistance during the business day.
Maintenance on major IT Systems is scheduled every other Thursday of every month from 10 PM - 6 AM.

Student Technology Service maintains, trouble-shoots, and repairs student-owned computers. We currently offer a range of services to help keep your computer in good working order.
The fees for the above services will be charged to your student account, so you do not need to bring any form of payment with you; just your Student ID. For pricing information, please contact STS at (231)-591-2556.
STS is an authorized Dell warranty service center. Any hardware issues with Dell equipment under warranty can be handled by STS at no charge. Software and operating systems are not covered under Dell warranty.
Ferris has several approved antivirus programs for both PC and Mac computers.
