Resetting your Active Directory password

Anytime you need to change your Active Directory password, you may go to one of three places:


When you arrive at, you will be prompted for your user id. Be sure to insert "ferris_ad\" in front of your id or "@ferris.local" after your id:

After clicking "Next," you will be brought to a page to answer 2 of your challenge questions. You must answer both correctly to reset your password:


Challenge Questions


After clicking "Next" once again, you will now be allowed to choose a new password. Remember, this password must have at least 8 characters which contain an upper case, a lower case, and a numerical value:
