This tutorial will walk the user through publishing tests for the first time to the Learn system.  Once you publish the first time Respondus will remember your settings and the process will be much quicker.  The instructions will tell you to skip steps if you have already created the connection to Learn.

1. Click on the Preview & Publish tab located at the top of the window.
   
2. Click on the Publish to Blackboard tab located on the left.
   
3. Click the Publish Wizard button.
   
4. Should you already have the Learn server set up, skip to step 14. Otherwise select –Add a new server – from the Blackboard Server dropdown.
   
5. Select No, I want to enter the server settings manually and click Next.
   
6. Open your browser, go to the MyFSU site and click Learn.
   
7. Select a course you have instructor access to.  Select the address in the address bar, right click and select Copy.
8. Return to Respondus and paste the results into the textbox under Step 2 of the onscreen directions.
   
9. Click Logout at the top of the Learn window.
   
10. Select the address in the address bar, right-click and select Copy.
11. Return to Respondus and paste the results into the textbox under Step 1 of the onscreen directions.
    
12. Click Extract >>.
    
13. Type a description for the server, your MyFSU username and password and click OK.
    
14. Verify that Publish to single course is checked and click Next.
    
15. Select a course to publish to.
    
16. Select how you would like the questions to import.
    
17. Since you will be creating a new pool you do not need to add any additional options so you will uncheck those and click Next.
    
18. Respondus will go through the upload process and display its results on the screen. When ready click Finish.
