Blackboard Mobile Learn is a free application for students and faculty to manage their courses via their iPad or iPhone/iPod. The application can be found by either searching for “Blackboard Mobile Learn” within the App Store or by clicking here and start at step 4. Please use link only if you are currently viewing this document on your iPad.

To search the App Store:

1. Tap the App Store icon
   
2. Tap the search bar and type "Blackboard Mobile Learn" and tap Search.
   
3. Tap the Free button (Image 1) next to the Blackboard Mobile Learn App. Then tap Install App (Image 2).

4. If you clicked on the link at the beginning of this article, tap Install.
   
5. You will be prompted for your Apple ID Password. Enter your Apple ID Password and tap OK or Return.
   
6. Your iPad will then download and install the App. Once this has finished you may tap the App to open it.
   
7. Blackboard Mobile Learn will ask for the name of the institution you would like to connect to. Select the search bar and type “Ferris” and select Ferris State University.
   
8. You must now log in to Ferris Connect Learn using your MyFSU username and password (Image 3). Once you are logged in you should see the courses in which you are enrolled (Image 4).
