Bounceback of Emails- UPDATE

UPDATE: This problem has now been corrected as of May 14, 2014. All emails should be received normally.




There have been a few reports that mail cannot be delivered to our student and employee email addresses ( addresses) from outside senders. If the sender says they are getting bounceback messages that contain, the message is passing through a particular service provider, Rackspace. Rackspace is having a problem with their email routing. Our techs have contacted them and their techs are working on the problem. It actually started on Tuesday, the 29th.

We will let you know when we hear from the service provider that the issue is resolved.
