STS is Moving to Rankin Center August 6, 2012

To provide a customer service desk that is closer to our Big Rapids main campus customers, Student Technology Services (STS) and Telecommunications Technology Services (TTS) will be moving their service desks and offices to Rankin Center 108 (across from the Art Gallery).

Both the TTS and STS offices/service desks will be closed Friday, August 3rd and will reopen in Rankin on Monday. The phone numbers will all stay the same for all involved.

The services provided at Rankin Center will include:

  • Repairs/upgrades of student computers,
  • Repairs of employee's personally owned computers,
  • Software and networking hardware sales to students and employees for home/personal use.
  • Pick up and drop off of University owned mobile communication devices (MCD) (smartphones)

If you are in doubt of where to go or who to call in Information Technology Services, start with the Technology Assistance Center (231) 591-4822, first. They will direct you to the correct location or group to get you the help you need.
