• E-Mail Features Demonstration (~1/2 hr)
  • Capability to have separate address books for Faculty/Staff and Student
  • Ability to have profile information in address book entry
  • Auto reply and forwarding options
  • Ability to send system-wide messages
  • Message categorization/labeling
  • Organization features; Address books, folder creation, sorting, custom filters

  • Ability to view shared calendars, designate entries as private
  • Ability to view and make room/resource reservations
  • Meeting request processing options, such propose with new time, view availability of invitees, check calendar from meeting request, include attachments in request
