About Us

Ferris State University's Department of Printing and Imaging Technology Management
has built a national reputation for preparing young adults for a career in the printing
and imaging industry. Our style of education is the perfect blend of both academics
and hands-on lab work that is as close to the “Real World” as you can get.
Ferris's Department of Printing and Imaging Technology Management is the first to
be accredited from the Accreditation Council for Collegiate Graphic Communications
(ACCGC).
The Department has 6 full-time faculty and 3 staff members with a wide range of print
industry experience. The facility is state-of-the-art with a brand new G5 computer
lab, Heidelberg pressroom with a Heidelberg DI, a hands-on bindery lab, and full-range
