Associate Professor Ropele has been teaching in the AMGT Program since 1988. He is a graduate of Ferris' Automotive Service Technology program, Ferris' Automotive Management program, and has a Ferris Masters Degree in Career and Technical Education. Prior to coming to Ferris he worked in service management for two dealerships in the Chicago area. He also worked a number of years for General Motors in Service, Sales, Truck Merchandising, and Product Distribution. His areas of specialty include Automotive Marketing & Distribution, Automotive History, Automotive Accounting, Management of Fixed and Variable Operations, Warranty Administration, and Customer Relations.
