Preference given to students who reside in the State of Michigan in the following counties: Arenac, Bay, Gennesee, Huron, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Midland, Monroe, Oakland, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw, and Wayne.

Additional Requirements: Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in commercial construction; demonstrated interest in serving an internship with a member RCA company or summer employment with a commercial contractor
