The eye clinic at Baldwin Family Health Care provides comprehensive eye examinations and complete eyewear services. For those patients on FHC’s sliding scale fee, Michigan College of Optometry faculty and students provide exams and spectacles at a minimal cost. Eligibility for sliding fee services is based on income and family size. Please contact FHC staff to verify eligibility.
