Death of a Student
When receiving word regarding a
death of a student, former or current, please get as much
detail as possible (date of death, place of death, permanent
address, and any other pertinent information). This information
needs to be forwarded to the Student Affairs office. The
information will be verified and a note will be sent to the
appropriate individuals on campus. Please note that
