Each year in April, the Department of Languages and Literature hosts an annual Shakespeare's Birthday Celebration.
Students in English and English Education programs commemorate the bard with sonnets, soliloquies, and scenes from plays as well as juggling, insult-hurling, and sword-fighting all this along with music, birthday cake, flowers, bookmarks, and gorgeous period costumes.
